As I joined the original version of the Reciprocal Review Carousel recently, Alex Sysoef sent me an email announcing the re-birth of the Carousel. It was Started by Marco Richter that he adopted from the  original concept by Alex Sysoef. This viral link building  is a strategy that can  increase your blog popularity and rank.
