What is the best method in foreplay to satisfy my wife before having intercourse. She likes being satisfied before and during.
ANSWER
One of the most important things to remember when pleasing a woman is to go very very slowly. Start with light soft touches and only progress to firmer, harder and faster as her arousal builds. Start at the extremities and work your way in toward the hot spots of breasts and genitals. Don’t go near the genitals until she is already fully aroused. Spend lots of time kissing. Speak loving words of adoration and affection in her ears. When you find something that works, in other words, she lets you know with sound and movement that she likes your touch, then keep doing that until she indicates she is ready for a change. Sound and movement mean yes, this is working, this turns her on; quiet and still means this is not working and you should try something different, unless of course you are deliberately in a phase of quiet and stillness.

I have never had an orgasm with intercourse, is there something wrong with me? Is it my husband’s fault? We have to use a vibrator every time and I feel he’s tired of it. What can we do?
ANSWER
There's absolutely nothing wrong with you. Women can experience all kinds of orgasms, from clitoral orgasm, to orgasm during intercourse, to full-body orgasms and more. Although your body has the potential for all these experiences, you must LEARN how. Orgasms are something we learn to have. According to lots of studies more than 50% of women do not experience orgasm during intercourse, especially without clitoral stimulation at the same time. However, if you want to you can learn!
For starters, read this article we wrote for Urban Male Magazine, "Freeing the Female Orgasm"
You might also want to get our ebook "Awakening Women's Orgasm" which goes into great detail about how to learn to become fully orgasmic.
Read all about it here: www.tantra-sex.com
Enjoy your quest for many types of orgasm, have fun exploring together. It's a great journey to be on!

My new partners sperm appears thick and all most jelly like i have never seen it like this and wondered if it is normal?
ANSWER
Ask yourself the following questions and the answers may give you a clue why this is happening, what caused it, and possibly what to do to reverse the condition.
First, is it really a problem? Are there any undesirable aspects to having the sperm thick? Are there any other symptoms that accompany the thick sperm? Is thick sperm a sudden change from what you may have believed to be normal sperm (not thick)? When did this changer first appear? Were there any other changes in your lifestyle (e.g., diet, quantity of water consumed, medications, drug use, frequency of ejaculation, etc.), or in your body (e.g., some medical condition such as symptoms of burning urination, difficulty urinating, discharge from the penis, etc.) at that same time or now; something you could associate or connect to the thickening of the sperm?
One hypothesis is that you have low testosterone. Low testosterone may also show up as any of the following symptoms: weight gain, reduced muscle tone and strength, low energy, and mild irritability. If you suspect it is related to low testosterone, you doctor can do a blood test to determine the level of free testosterone in your system, and if it is abnormally low, he has various options to help you increase your testosterone.
Basically, if there are no other symptoms or complications associated with the thick sperm, and if this is not a sudden change, i.e., it is normal for you, then it is probably not a problem and nothing needs to be done about it. If it is a problem, if it is associated with other undesirable symptoms, then see your doctor to get it checked out.
Another hypothesis is that thick sperm is the best sperm!

I masturbate around 3-4 times a week. I’ve got a girlfriend and we do have sex like every 2-3 weeks.and she does satisfy me alot. Don’t know why I still need to masturbate? My penis is a bit bent towards the left as well. Is this coz i masturbate? I also feel my penis size is not great but my girlfriend loves it and feels that it is massive. It’s about 5-6 inches
ANSWER
Your penis size is in the normal range, but it always looks smaller when looking down at your own penis. Look at it in a mirror to get a better impression. What matters is that your lady is happy with it and you know how to use it to make her happy.
Your frequency of lovemaking is pretty low. Since you mention this in the context of talking about masturbation, I am assuming that you

My penis is 4.6 inches and I’m 18 and I’m scared to have sex with my girlfriend even though she really wants to. Please help me. I wish I could make it bigger
ANSWER
The average penis length is approximately 5-6 inches, so yours is only slightly shorter than average, but remember average means approximately half are below and half are above to arrive at that length. So you are certainly within a normal penis length range. I might also mention that your penis always looks shorter to yourself, because you are looking down at it from that particular angle. Furthermore, most women will tell you that it is not size that they care about (and if your woman really cares about that then I suggest you find a different woman. What really matters to the vast majority of women is how you use what you do have. The real challenge for you is not to change your penis size, a very difficult thing to do (perhaps impossible), but for you to learn the knowledge and skill to become a master lover. This is exactly what we teach men to do at our workshops and at our membership website. So stop worrying about your size and start learning how to be a great lover.

My boyfriend and I are thinking about having sex soon (it almost happened already), and he told me he's going to pull out with a condom on though because he doesn’t wanna cum in me. He keeps asking me what I want him to do when he cums, but I thought since he's wearing a condom the sperm goes in there? What are some options he's maybe referring to?
ANSWER
Condoms are almost perfect protection, but there can be problems. For example the condom could slip off if not put onto the penis to the full length, or if the man remains inside you after he comes and the penis shrinks rapidly, it is quite easy for the condom to slip off. Absolutely, do not keep having active thrusting intercourse after he ejaculates and starts losing his erection. As soon as his penis starts to shrink after the ejaculation, he should pull out to avoid any risk of leakage of sperm into the vagina.
Another risk is that the condom could become compromised with a tear or pinhole leak. These things don't happen frequently but they do happen. Condoms are normally made from latex. But latex deteriorates if it comes into contact with oil, e.g., massage oil. Never use an oil based lubricant if you are using a condom. There are also vinyl condoms and they do not deteriorate with contact with oil. Also, there are water based and silicone based lubricants that are safe for use with latex condoms.
Ordinarily, if the man is wearing a condom, there is no need to pull out at the point of ejaculation, since all sperm will be contained inside the condom and none will gain entry to the vagina, but keep the above mentioned cautions in mind.

Q: I enjoy anal sex, but ever since having children, the muscles aren't as strong as they should be and I worry about flatulence, incontinence, etc.
Does anal sex permanently damage the muscle? Is there any way to strengthen a weak muscle?
ANSWER
Anal sex would not normally harm you anal sphincter and tissues, although extremely rough anal sex could cause damage.
Yes you can strengthen and tone all of the muscles in the entire genital and anal area with squeezing exercises done daily.
The squeeze would be the same as if you were holding back from peeing or stopping the flow of urine mid-stream (for the vulva), and holding back on a bowel movement for the anus. Squeeze and hold for approximately 6-8 seconds, then relax the squeeze.
Work up gradually to doing perhaps 100 squeezes per day over say the next 2 weeks, then continue 100 per day after that. Within approximately 2 weeks you should notice considerable improvement in toning, strength and pleasurable sensitivity.

My wife and I have been married for 10 years. Sex has never been very good between us. It was better in the beginning now it's non-existent. Maybe 1 time a month and then it's as quick as possible. My wife is very sexy and I want to have sex every day but I know she doesn't like it so I don't even try. She doesn't like any kind of foreplay just do it quick and be done, which makes me not want to do it. I don't know what to do. I have asked her if we can go to a therapist but she doesn't want to do that either.
ANSWER
I would suspect that your wife has a history of sexual abuse and/or other experiences of sexual trauma from her past that is interfering with any normal healthy adult sexual expression. Therapy (which we do not do), or counseling (which we do offer, and it is very therapeutic) is almost certainly required if she is to heal any existing sexual wounds, and also our workshop(s) to help her learn the art of mature, healthy adult sexuality would be most helpful. For workshops I would recommend a private session. We could not give you the personal attention and help needed with a regular workshop including other couples.
