FLOATING ON CLOUDS
This simple meditation brings tranquility, healing, and balance as you direct golden energy through the channels of your body, from your head to your feet and back again.
Time for Exercise: five to 10 minutes
Properties Required: none
Steps:
1. Sit comfortably with closed eyes, straight back, and relaxed body. Touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue. Leave it in this position throughout the exercise. Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose.

BIORHYTHMS
Being familiar with your biorhythms can help you make effective decisions.
Time for Exercise: two minutes daily
Properties Required: pen and paper
Steps:
Chart your biorhythms by using a scale that goes from minus five to plus five, where minus one is mildly negative to minus five a vicious bummer state from hell. Plus one is mildly positive, and plus five is joy and bliss supreme. Zero is a neutral state with little feeling either positive or negative.
1. Each day use the scale to rate your mood.
2. Plot this daily for three months to see if you can identify monthly emotional patterns of highs or lows. Such patterns evidence powerful forces, outside your ego self and independent of the circumstances of your life, that influence your life in predictable ways.
3. Use this information to help you move more smoothly through life. For instance, if you discover the third week of each month is typically a low-energy, bad-mood time, you can avoid important decisions or projects. If possible, make decisions and compete when you are at your peak in the monthly cycle. If you find yourself in arguments and confrontations, stop to notice what time of month it is and act accordingly. For example, go away from the person or situation and come back another time when you have positive feelings.
Comments:
For women, you will notice some biorhythm swings that are both related and unrelated to your menstrual cycle. Some men also note more subtle monthly swings.

EYES WIDE SHUT
Your eyes are windows to your soul. Do you allow people in or lock them out?
Time for Exercise: five minutes to one hour (several sessions are an option)
Properties Required: magnifying mirror
Steps:

Position the light source so it does not shine directly into your eyes. Sit comfortably in front of the magnifying mirror and look very carefully at your eyes.

Notice the color(s) of your eyes. Your eyes are a range of color, not just one solid color. Notice if your eye color changes from one visual inspection to the next.

Try to produce the following “looks” at will. This might require a bit of practice. Add any of your own to the list.

Song of Love
Songs of romance are sure-fire heart-melters, especially when they are sung just for you by the one you love.
Time for Exercise: three to five minutes to sing
Properties Required: Obtain the lyrics to a love song by listening to a CD, from a CD cover, or from the Internet.
Steps:
1.Sit your lover down and sing that song to her.
2.Sing without musical accompaniment. Sing from your heart.

Love Poems
Time for Exercise: five minutes to one hour
Properties Required: books of poetry
Steps:
1.Browse through books of poetry to locate poems that elicit an emotional reaction when you read them. The poems might be about love, romance, commitment, or sex.
2.Copy those you like the most so you have a collection to choose from when you want to read aloud to your lover.
3.Practice reading some of the poems out loud while you are alone.

Lovers’ Scissors
Although this is an intercourse position, in this instance the focus is not on orgasmic release or simple physical pleasure. By combining mental focus, conscious breath, genital connection, and loving eye contact, the Lovers’ Scissors brings your masculine and feminine energies into harmony. It opens your hearts, connecting you deeply to your partner.
Time Required: five to 30 minutes, depending on how much time you have

Steps:
1.Lie perpendicular to each other—heads apart, groins close together. The woman is on her back, the man on his side. To make the scissors, the woman puts the leg that is closest to her partner over top his hip. Her other leg she puts between his legs.
