SACRED SPACE
Changing the atmosphere of the room where you are going to make love brings magic to your union. It helps elevate regular sex to extraordinary and sacred sex.
Time for Exercise: 15 minutes
Properties Required: candles, romantic music, plants or fresh flowers, beautiful pieces of fabric, tasty eats and drinks, incense, sensual objects
Steps:
- Make sure the room is tidy—floor swept, laundry out of sight, surfaces dusted.
- Together, in silence, with your attention focused on making your space beautiful and safe for each other, move slowly and purposefully to arrange the room.
- Cover hard edges and objects you don’t want to see—for example a TV set—with soft fabrics.
- Arrange plants, flowers, and beautiful objects around the room.

I am shy about sex.

Find out that the water is warm and safe and nurturing and good. Sex is good. Sex with love is magnificent. Sex as a spiritual practice is over the top. Don’t you want some? We will do our best to provide everything that is important to you and also relevant to the theme of this website, creating sexy spiritual relationships. We do believe our content goes very deep and is comprehensive covering almost everything that we have discovered to be of significance in helping couples be happy growing old together.
