He is always texting me and calling me. Is that a sign of love?
ANSWER
If you met this person online be very careful. If you are going to meet him, make sure it is in a public place and it would even be a good idea to take a friend with you, until you are convinced he is who he says he is and that his intentions are good. Many excellent relationships do start online.
If you know him already from some personal contact, it definitely means he is interested, but it is way too premature to jump to the conclusion that this is love. Beware of your own need to find love and a tendency to move too fast when you think your dream could be within reach. Go slowly and if he cares for you he will demonstrate that by paying lots of attention to you, treating you with respect, and not demanding sexual activity immediately.
