4 Freedoms Integration Exercise (7): Looking Back
Exercises To Do On Your Own
LOOKING BACK
Time for Exercise: 15 minutes to one hour
Properties Required: pen and paper
Steps:1. Write out what different loved ones and friends might say at your funeral.
Write out what you would like them to say about you and use this as a guide for how you intend to live your life (see From Here to Eternity ).
