Exercises To Do Together

BREAK OUT OF JAIL

Feeling stuck? It’s time to break out of confinement and be free.

Time for Exercise: 10 to 30 minutes

Properties Required: large roll of package wrapping paper

Steps:
1.One of you wraps the other in package wrapping paper.

2.The one who is wrapped breaks out of his confinement.

3.Switch roles. The other person gets wrapped and breaks out.

Comments:

Most often our sense of confinement is completely self-imposed. This exercise symbolizes breaking free of self-constructed prisons of conditioned thought and beliefs.
