BREAK OUT OF JAIL
Feeling stuck? It’s time to break out of confinement and be free.
Time for Exercise: 10 to 30 minutes
Properties Required: large roll of package wrapping paper
Steps:
1.One of you wraps the other in package wrapping paper.2.The one who is wrapped breaks out of his confinement.
3.Switch roles. The other person gets wrapped and breaks out.
Comments:
Most often our sense of confinement is completely self-imposed. This exercise symbolizes breaking free of self-constructed prisons of conditioned thought and beliefs.
