Soul Freedom Exercise (13): Kundalini Caresses
Exercises To Do Together
Your chakras (energy centers along the spine) exert a powerful influence on your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This simple ceremony sends loving energy into each center. With your tender touch, arouse the kundalini (cosmic energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine, coiled like a snake). Channel it upward through the chakra centers for blissful awakening.
Time for Exercise: five to 30 minutes
Properties Required: none
Steps:
Take turns giving each other kundalini caresses. There are three variations to the caresses, using hands, lips, and tongues. You can perform the exercise on both the front and back of the body.
1. Make sure the room is warm and get naked together.
2. Locate the seven chakra points on the body.
- genitals, from the coccyx around to the pubic mound
- belly, about two finger widths below the navel
- the solar plexus, at the point of the breast bone just below where the ribs meet
- center of the chest between the breasts
- center of the throat
- center of the forehead
- the crown of the head
3. In the first variation, run your hands up the back of your lover’s body, stopping briefly at each chakra point to allow your energy (in the form of heat and subtle current) to enter the body. Focus on sending love and healing through your hands.
4. In the second variation, kiss your lover’s body all along the line connecting the chakra points, stopping briefly at each point to perform a very soft hickey by sucking on that point gently. Do not suck so hard that you leave marks. Let your desire flow through your mouth.
5. In the third variation, run your tongue along your lover’s body, stopping briefly at each point to rotate your tongue first counterclockwise three times, then clockwise three times.
6. Repeat these variations along the front of your lover’s body.
7. Reverse roles. The partner who first gave the caresses will now receive them
