My religion says that sex is bad.

Many of the world/s great religions have a negative sex orientation, or the message about sex is ambiguous and confusing. It is usually bad when the lovers are ignorant about sex, lacking the most basic information about a mature healthy adult sexuality, and are possibly almost completely lacking is sexual skill mastery. In this type of situation, sex is usually very quick (lasting only a few minutes), the male ejaculates prematurely or can’t get and keep an erection, and the woman can’t have an orgasm. There may be little or no emotional connection and no spiritual dimension to the sex act. This is the kind of sex that is common if your belief is that sex is solely for procreation, but not pleasure.

But of course, sex does not have to be bad. If you are good then your sex will be good; in fact it can be magnificent. It is magnificent when the lovers take their time and go slowly, learn the knowledge and skill involved in giving and receiving pleasure, when they drop the performance goal of getting to orgasm, when the sex becomes a sincere expression of love and when lovemaking becomes a spiritual meditation (sacred sex).
