HEART FREEDOM EXERCISES
Exercises To Do Together

 

MAGIC WAND

Time for Exercise: five to 15 minutes

Properties Required: magic wand

Steps:

    1. Make a magic wand from materials you find around the home, anything simple or elaborate, but beautiful.

    2. Take turns with the wand.

    3. Say to your lover, “With this wand I now grant you three wishes of your heart. Each time I touch your head with this wand, make a wish.”

    4. Share your wishes with your lover if you like.


Comments:

This is yet another example of focusing your attention and intention consciously on what you do want. The more we all do this, the better the world will become.
