Exercises To Do On Your Own
Open your heart. Keep your heart open. Open it again every time it closes.
Time for Exercise: one minute
Properties Required: none
Steps:
Imagine the one best thing that could happen for the following people in your life. What if you could grant each of these people one wish? What would it be?spouse or lover
each of your children
your mom
your dad
each of your grandparents
each of your brothers and sisters
your next door neighbors
your archenemy
your boss or employer
your creditor
your landlord
your teacher
your guru
your best friend
a friend who has betrayed you
your mentor
your therapist
In a private ceremony, send the wishes of your heart out into the universe, so that each of them might be fulfilled.
Comments:
It is also important but challenging to send out good wishes of your heart for people you don’t like.
