Exercises To Do Together
Time for Exercise: 15 minutes to one hour
Properties Required: pen and paper
Steps:
1.Each of you makes a list of things loved and appreciated about the other.
2.Take turns reading your lists out loud.
Comments:
You can never hear too many times why your partner loves, admires, and adores you. Repeat this exercise monthly to make sure you are both still paying attention.
