Exercises To Do On Your Own
How well do you really know each other? How much do you take each other for granted?
Time for Exercise: 15 minutes to one hour
Properties Required: pen and paper
Steps:
Answer the following questions:What color(s) are your lover’s eyes?
What color is your lover’s hair? Is the hair on your lover’s body all the same color? Compare the hair on his head, face, arms, legs, chest, pubis, etc.
How much does your partner weigh?
How tall is he?
What is the name of the perfume or after-shave or scent your partner usually wears? Could you pick out your partner if you were blindfolded by scent alone?

When your lover sleeps, does he lie mostly on his back, right side, or left side?
What identifying marks are on your lover’s body—scars, moles, tattoos? Where are they?
What is your lover’s birthday?
What are your anniversaries together?

- Engaged
- Wedding
- Birth of Children
Who is his best friend?
What are your partner’s likes and dislikes?
- List three things your partner likes.
- List three things your partner does not like.
- How does your partner communicate what she likes and doesn’t like as a lover (words, sound, body language)?
