Privacy

All your transactions with The Xandria Collection are held in the strictest confidence.

We will never sell, rent, trade or give your name to any other company or organization. However, if you have requested our catalog from any source other than The Xandria Collection, please be aware they will sell your name unless you specify that you do not wish your name released to other companies.

All merchandise shipments are securely wrapped in plain packages with no indication of the contents on the outside.

Product Quality

If any item malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship, return it to us for replacement within one full year of the purchase date. DVDs/Movies of all types can only be exchanged if defective.

Many of the products we sell come with a "manufacturers’ warranty" card in the sealed package. Mailing this card may result in your name being sold to other companies, many of which you may find embarrassing. To protect your privacy, we provide our own guarantee as listed above. You need only return the product to us if defective. Your original order is kept on file as your "warranty card." So, please, protect your privacy and come to us for any needed repairs or replacements.

Personal Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason, return it postpaid within 60 days for an exchange, credit or refund. (And, no, we do not resell these products!)

Due to the ease of duplication, DVDs/Movies/Video Tapes are not returnable once the seal is broken. In the case of a defective item, we will reship one of the same title once we receive the defective item.
