High on Hugs
Time for Exercise: 10 seconds to one minute per hug
Properties Required: none
Steps:
1.Give your lover different kinds of hugs.
2.Ask your lover to guess each hug’s meaning.
Here are some suggestions for hugs with different qualities and various degrees and types
of intimacy.
- I love you (for a lover)
- Woman to woman (friends)
- I love you (for a family member)
- Woman to woman (lovers)
- I love you (for a friend)
- Opposite sex (friends)
- Opposite sex (lovers)
- A hug for someone you are sexually active with
- “I’m afraid, please hold me”
- I might be able to get interested in sex now
- Comfort hug (“Everything will be okay.”)
- I am really horny
- Grief hug (“I’m so sorry for your loss.”)
- Hello
- Celebrate success or winning (hooray!)
- Good-bye (short separation)
- Good-bye (long separation)
- Thank you (small)
- Thank you (major)
- Man to man (friends)
- Man to man (lovers)
- I miss you
- This is a reward
- Invent some of your own hugs with particular meanings.
