Exercises To Do On Your Own
Tantalizing Tastes
Time for Exercise: 15 minutes to one hour
Properties Required: cookbook, pen, and paper
Steps:
Pick a recipe from any cookbook.
Add sexy words and images to any part of the recipe to create an erotic poem. (Food and poetry are so deliciously sensual.)
Here is an example to give you the idea:
Tomato-Basil Soup Recipe
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil in a skillet until tender. Add the tomatoes. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, broth, cream, and half of the basil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Process in a blender until smooth. Return to the pan. Add the bread, remaining basil, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with additional cheese, oil, and pesto if desired.
Tomato-Basil Erotica or Thirty Minutes Would Never be Enough!
Sauté your lover with onions and garlic, thrusting heavy on the garlic.
Rub penis and clit together, drenched in warm olive oil
until tender but still firm –
“al dente” esta bien!
Sauce it up by spreading overripe tomatoes onto tummies,
using soft circular strokes
slowly at first then speeding up
sigh and moan to adjust temperature to boiling
but do not allow penis-Vesuvius to erupt!
Simmer all day and all night, and the next day if desired,
30 minutes would never be enough.
Blend together, golden rod and fig pocket, mortar and pestle
keeping everything smooth.
Turn the heat on and off,
squeezing the golden rod to add cream
at the very last moment.
Variation: Read your poem to your lover.
