Safety and Trust
Sex and spirit are deeply personal subjects. I do my utmost to create a space that is safe for you to explore these profound aspects of yourself. I encourage you to push past your boundaries but you never have to share more than you are willing to or participate in any exercise that you do not want to. While there is frank and graphic discussion about sex there is no nudity or sexually explicit exercises.

Pala Copeland
Pala Copeland, a mother and grandmother, has been practicing Tantra since 1987 and hosting Tantra workshops with her extraordinary mate Al Link since 1997. In 2000 she began offering Tantra for women and since then has hosted "Awakening Your Goddess" evening and weekend workshops in Toronto, Paris and at her Love Nest on the Ottawa River. It is her great joy to help women re-unite their sexual and spiritual selves, to overcome shame, guilt and frustration in their sexuality, and to open their hearts, allowing their goddess glory to shine.
Pala is co-author of four books Soul Sex: Tantra for Two, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Supercharged Kama Sutra, and Sensual Love Secrets for Couples: The Four Freedoms of Body, Mind, Heart & Soul, and 28 Days to Ecstasy for Couples: Tantra Step By Step. Shawna Morrisette
Shawna has worked with women for more than a decade. Her unique style focuses on self-expression and play. She facilitates Goddess, sexuality, and other therapeutic workshops. Formally trained at George Brown College to work with abused women and children, Shawna has used those skills to run play therapy groups for children at women's shelters.
Shawna studied pottery making at Mohawk College and in 1999 combined her love for supporting peoples' healing and her love for creating to establish a safe and wondrous place called Majestic Mud. Here, in her two studios, she forms her own magnificent and playful creations and runs classes 5 days a week for students aged 4 to 94. Majestic Mud is a place where everyone is welcome to come play and heal.
